Moving our trip date?

According to Castaway, Hedo 3 is booked up through our dates (didnt notice that on the email until today) SO we are flexing our dates. Any groups going after July 17th? We want a full week while we are down there and want hedo 3. I dont wanna put it off much more than I have too! It is our honeymoon after all!

Us and 100+ friends are going July 31 to August 7 if that works for you..

AWOL is a fabulous group. No one has a bad time with them. If the following week is better, the smaller Jamaican Booze Crew will be there from 8/7-8/14. You can't go wrong with either group. We're partial to JBC, but we're looking forward to being there a day when AWOL will still be there to kick off our week.

If you don't want to have to put off your trip so far, you are welcome to join us, we would be happy to have you.

Those other poor saps have to wait 7 - 14 days longer to get to Hedo than we do. Why endure the DIF any longer than you have to?

So we get to see the end of Cocktails week which as I recall was a good time last year, followed by lobby lunacy all day the next day! Rob Kitty says if you keep calling us saps it is like you are asking for a spankin.... her words not mine.

I will have to check with my travel agent Lisa through castaway. She is amazing btw. Very patient and answers all our questions. The woman's a Saint.
Anyway, one last question: Which group will we be FOR SURE able to get a reservation? I hope we dont pick something that's already booked up!

Lisa does a fantastic job and she has certainly been very patient with even the most complex bookings.

There are still rooms left and you are doing the right thing by working with Castaways to make sure that you have a room when you get there.

Well I cannot speak for any other group because I do not know their situation. However, with AWOL, I know we are a contract group which means that we have rooms in each category that are strictly for our group that the resort has set aside for the group. If you go on another website they might say they are out of that category, but with AWOL we still still have plenty of rooms. You just have to call Castaways which is our travel agent and speak with them, Either Lisa or Jennifer should be able to help you. Like you said Castaways is a great travel agent. You are smart for going through them, you just have to figure out which is best for you as far as dates are concerned. There is a guarantee with AWOL though and that is if you book with us, there is a "NO BUMP" guarantee and you will have a room when you arrive. Again our dates are July 31st-August 7th. And really thats all it is, banter, we have known each other for years..Lisa is new to Castaways and pleasant to work with, I am sure she will be able to get you set. We still have rooms left on our contract, including the very sought after Quad Pool Front.
