Southern New Mexico here...it's like northern New Mexico only poorer and with less turquoise.

actually like southern new mexico more than the northern end. Lived in El Paso for 16 years. Spent many days and nights in Las Cruces. Carlsbad is cool, white sands is awesome, some great hidden indian ruins in the mtns, and riodoso and cloudcroft were always nice. Oh not to mention Truth or Consequences... lol. Oh forgot to mention dripping springs is a great hike. God, its been awhile since I've been.

Wow! It's great to meet someone who is familiar with the area. I was once pulled over by a police officer in Virginia who asked for my papers and complimented my English.

We know the difference, lol. Both of us were born, raised, and worked in Philly, now living in New Jersey, at the "Jersey Shore".

We are in the hot, humid, but still dreadful state of Arkansas........Suffering from a terrible case of DIF....We can't wait for Hedoween to get here........
