The bus is a little cheaper but takes more time with stops. We use Rocky's. Currently $160 round trip

I have had good luck with the JTL bus service, been using them for many years. Last September, it cost $30 round trip plus tip.

This question comes up a lot.
We also use Rocky's, and that quoted price covers up to 4 people, unless things have changed this year.
We used to enjoy the "Super Clubs" shuttle, direct to H2, with only H2 people on board. The party started at the airport.
Then when that ended we took what ever shuttle the TA supplied us with.
The problem we had then was:
    A. waiting inthe parking lot till the bus was full, before departing for Negril. Sometimes up to 1 hour.
    B. Stacking all the luggage on the back bench seat, and NOT tying it down.
    C. Stopping at a number of vanilla resorts before getting to H2 to unload reqular tourists.
    D. The last JTL shuttle we were on, the speedo didn't work, the seatbelts were rusted, and the check engine light kept flashing on and off.
    E. The shuttle before that was so crowded (think large bus, about 45 people), they had to put the luggage in the emerg exit, (I have the photos)
    F. The final straw, When we left the AP, all on board wanted to go directly to their resorts, all in Negril. Dispite every one stating that before leaving the AP,
the driver kept working the riders till one couple gave in and requested he stop at a road side vendor for "real Jerk Chicken".
Now I don't have a problem if, at the airport someone says, I need to stop for "supplies". Fine with that, but when the driver keeps working the crowd so he can get his kickback, that's another issue.

As stated, we have switched to Rocky's. Very friendly and free Red Stripe when you get in. YES he will stop where you want for WHATEVER you want.
Life is too short for drama and petty things, so kiss slowly,
laugh insanely, fuck like you're the star of a porn film, and forgive quickly.

We went in January. We can definitely recommend Rocky's. Private car. We used a group bus for our first trip a few years ago and won't do that again, though we may consider the air taxi next time.

We like using Ashton Pitt. Great rum punch and an even better history lesson about the Island on your travels from airport to your distention. Very friendly and great guy.

Do you have any contact numbers for Rocky's? We made an online reservation with them but need to make a change but haven't had any luck reaching them through the numbers listed on their site.

We have used Rocky's and Sun Country and both great. Tomorrow we fly into Montego Bay and then Timair to Hedo!

Thanks for the recommendation. We emailed him and he got back to us in less than an hour to confirm our reservation.
