I have to remember to say "NO" to the rum punch upon arrival....that stuff was lethal last time. Talk about the first night curse!!!! Not this chickie this year...

OK one of my favorite Hedo topics -rum punch-It's darn near perfect however it can be potent if your not careful but so won't most of the drinks and there are plenty to choose from. Melisa is right on the extra shot definitely adds to it. Dark or overproof works. During the heat of the day I found loading half your cup w/ frozen pina and topping of w/ punch makes a hell of a slushy.
And guys the myth is that if you ask the right bartender you can get a punch that works like the blue pill. I was told this a few years ago by a gentleman a bit older than myself. After explaining that I had not yet required the blue pills he laughed and a while later handed me a new cup. After a little bit the joke was on me...It's no myth

There was a story in Chris Santilli's book about coconut jelly being helpful...neva know what they mixed in. Sure would make for a good afternoon game of ring toss.

Coconut jelly? I love coconut-never knew there was a jelly- Coconut is one of those things that has so many great uses. It's like chocolate! Or duct tape
