Do the ladies generally wear make up during the day or just at night?

Can't say I've ever noticed. They are all naked during the day.

Didn't notice too many women with makeup. We did see some men with it, depending on costume.

I do wear make up, but if you are going to wear mascara, make sure you get waterproof or when you take off your sunglasses you will look like a raccoon

I always wear makeup at the pool. But like Mac said make sure you so the water proof. Sometimes whether you expect it or not your face gets wet.

I must be the most plain woman there.... No, I don't wear make-up. Nor do I wear jewelry other than maybe earrings.

I started out with some waterproof makeup at the pool, but by the 3rd day, I pretty much gave it up. I'd say that in general, not much makeup going on during the day. At night is a different story, especially with costumes and such.

And a suggestion about jewelry - the only things that I wore were a necklace with my name in beads, earrings that didn't have a lot of sentimental (or financial) value, and, at night, costume jewelry to go with my outfits. I had bought myself an inexpensive CZ to wear instead of my wedding rings (the combination of sunscreen and booze can be very dangerous to rings), and it worked out just fine. It was just one less thing to have to concern myself with - worrying about good jewelry.

I usually only wear eyeliner and mascara during the day, then get a little more dolled up at night. But I am also not one to wear a whole lot of makeup on a regular basis. We have a friend who puts on her whole face every day before going to the pool, it is all what you're comfortable with.

I distinctly recall your eye makeup at night -- it is quite a sight!! I never get fancy, so certainly not going to at a pool! :s

It's a hit and miss. I wear make up at night, but never during the day.

I wear a little, but as mentioned waterproof is the way to go. I also do not like to put sunscreen on my face but my regular make up and moisturizer have SPF in them, so I use that too.

Just need to use the right make-up! I wear lightweight, color stay and waterproof. Ha!
