Forgive us if this posts twice. Website seemed to give us some issues.

Thanks for taking you time to read and respond. Brand newbies here. Just received some great news from a man in a white coat. As a result, we are making plans as I type to plan a trip to Hedo2. A I said we are newbies to Hedo, newbies to nude beaches, and newbies to the lifestyle.

Hoping to receive some advice and/or links to information about what to expect. We have been on AdultTravelForum, checking things out.

With that said, we have read about half empty Hedo rooms during end of April/June. Should we be concerned? Not that the over-crowded alternative would be better but want ot have fun with others.

Also, we see that certain groups go during certain weeks. How do we ensure when the different interest groups attending the week we chose match our preference (given our lack of experience). We are far from judgmental but want this to be a very enjoyable first experience. Try not to read-in “Prude”. We are really not. Just want to be with 40+ couples like us. Does Hedo2 publish group/theme weeks as we have seen others do?

I would just book the trip for whenever you want to go. Regardless of when you pick the folks you meet there will be awesome. Go with no expectations and you will have the time of your life. We go when we can based upon breaks from our work, honestly we have always met great folks. Big thing is just say hi.

You can look at the Hedo calendar and try to find a group but ......... a bunch of single couples are great too.

Congrats on the good news from the Doctor It usually is best to go with a group since they usually have private forums or facebook pages to get to know other people before they go, and that makes the trip so much better when you get there and it is like "Cheers" and everyone knows your name. Have a look at who is going when you are thinking of going and contact them. Good luck, you will have a great trip!!!!

We were newbies just a few weeks ago and had many questions too. We scanned this and other forums and noted a group that was going to be there during our time window, so we booked for that time and when we got there we went looking for them. They weren't hard to find and they adopted us and we them! We had a great time and are already planning our return. I am working on a "detailed trip report for newbies", but in the meantime, I agree with the other advice here..... Smile, meet people and you can't Not have a good time!

I would recommend you go whenever you get the best airfare! Definitely find a group, too, to get the best rates.

But seriously, don't worry about crowds -- will be great whenever!

Shoulder season.......The tourist season runs Dec 15th through April 15th. The rates go down before or after the regular season, so if $$ is an issue it's a nice time to go.

Hedo has incredible loyalty and if you go in the truly off season there will still be plenty of people there, while the rest of the Negril resorts are empty.

By "different interest groups" do you mean like a group that centers around fetishes, Miss Nude Swimsuit or all about women or the like??? There is a page on www.hedonism.com that shows special events and I believe a list of the different groups that go. A google search should yield you some groups too and most have a least a snippet type feed of who they are and where their interests lie if they specialize....100% of all groups go there with one goal---to have FUN!!

Go with no expectations but to have fun. As others have said, be open and friendly and as it should be in everyday life, be respectful and don't be an asshole!!

Oh and maybe do some research on the basic etiquette of nudism since y'all are new all the way around the block..LOL

Check the dates on the posts that talk about half empty resort during those times---betting it was before Hedonism III became family resort and the two populations of Hedo had to merge into one resort !! Thinking it is pretty lively year around now.

We just returned from our first Hedo trip. Great advice given here on this forum.. Take it, no expectations and have a great time. We did... You will return and be planning another trip like we are. We met so many wonderful people and this forum helped us alot. Enjoy!!!!!!

We just returned from Hedo with a great group "VenusCouples at Hedo II". A lot of people have given you some great advice on this forum. One thing we'd like to add: "Don't be shy. Say hello to everyone!" The Lifestyle is all about the community... take advantage of the wonderful, open-minded people vacationing at Hedo. Go up to them and introduce yourself. Share your thoughts, your ideas and a few fantasies and enjoy the moment... or many moments... You will make real lifelong friends along the way.

Our first trip to Hedo was one of their "quietest" times of year supposedly, in October and it was FANTASTIC.

I doubt you have a bad time, regardless of what time of year you go -- we arrive 29 June, look us up if you're there around then :P
