I know Castaways does a nude cruise. You might want to check their website castawaystravel.com

I know there is an adult/clothing optional one later this year to the Carribbean..another in the spring and fall. One is set for South Pacific in 2013 if you can wait that long.
We've also heard awesome things about the French River cruises..
As C&G said, all of these are listed on the Castaways Travel Website.
You can also try posting in the Adult cruise section of this website and read the ones already there.

They have 3 cruises currently listed on their web site for 2012 and 2013. One is already sold out though. We will be on all 3. Hope to see you!!!
