I work out 4-5 times a week on a normal week , watch what I eat and keep adding that extra 5 more reps for my Hedo vaca... And work out at Hedo too, they have a really nice gym there . Even though i'm on vacation I will still kind of stay in my routine. Although I do tend to eat more , drink more , and just do whatever I want when I'm there. But I always keep in mind for my next trip and want to stay in shape.
