We need to find a nice medium sized Costa Rican (or other beautiful sunny location) resort and do a takeover. If we have the run of the resort, we can bring the Hedo vibe with us and make our own rules.
How many times has it been said that its not the resort, the food or the accomodations; Its the people.
Other resort owners or agents like Castaways should be looking to fill the huge void left behind by the closing of H3.

We have been to Costa Rica with a group twice and took over a smaller hotel (20 rooms), and it really is about the people who make the party! We are going back next April for a Takeover of Hotel Nine (costaricalifestyletakeover.com). We looked at doing a Takeover at Copacabana but we need over 40 couples to fill that so we decided to do a small Takever in 2017 and try for a bigger Takeover in 2018.
Jaco is a nice city and Costa Rica in general is amazing so it is a good option other than Desire and Hedo.
